LADY KNIGHTS NIP URSULINE AT THE BUZZER

It looked as though the Lady nights winning streak was going to come to an end on Tuesday night. Luckily it's not over until the final buzzer. Senior Kelly Moffitt stunned the crowd with a three point buzzer beater to steal a one point victory from the Lions.

LADY KNIGHTS TAKE OUT MILFORD AND WILMINGTON

The Lady Knights hosted Wilmington on Saturday night and came away with 60-36 victory. Wilmington trailed 15-10 at the first quarter break, but were out scored 23-4 in the second quarter. From there, only the final score was a question, the Lady Knights maintained the big lead and never looked back.

Milford visited Wednesday night and went home with a 67-50 loss. The Eagles kept the game close through the first quarter, but the Lady Knights turned it up a notch in the second quarter and led 38-19 at halftime. The second half was fairly played fairly even, but the Eagles could not cut into the huge halftime deficit and the Lady Knights cruised to their eight overall victory.
 
The Knights dynamic backcourt of Shelby Kies and Kylie Baker led the way with 18 and 15 points respectively. Jasmine Hill had a solid game with 11 points. Box Scores
